5. Track your application

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Track the progress of your Discretionary Assistance Fund application.

You will need:

  • surname of the person the application is for
  • tracking reference number

*We need a full 24 hours to make a decision on your EAP application and are unable to provide any updates during this time*

Important. Here are the responses you will see:

  • Your application was RECEIVED xx/xx/xx and is being processed
  • Your application was GRANTED on xx/xx/xx
  • Your application was PAID on xx/xx/xx – Pay Point will send you a text message within 12 hours to redeem award
  • Your application was REFUSED on xx/xx/xx - No award is being given and the outcome will be sent by letter or e-mail
