Details
This order will permit the stopping up of a specified length of highway, for the change of use of floors 3 to 8, Olympia House, Skinner Lane, Newport from office to residential to form 62no. Residential units with associated external alterations including the removal of the existing external fire escape, to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 28 September 2016 with reference number 15/0629.
