This Order will stop up an area of highway to enable the residential development of 127 dwellings and associated infrastructure at the former Ysgol Bryn Castell site, Llangewydd Road, Bridgend in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 27 May 2020 with reference number P18/1006/FUL. The stopping up of an area of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
