This order will allow stopping up of highway to enable the demolition of the former public house (known as Gower Hotel) and the construction of 5 affordable dwelling houses and 6 affordable apartments together with associated external amenity areas, accordance with the planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council of the City and County of Cardiff on 21 March 2019 under reference number 18/02856/MJR.
