This order will allow the stopping up of highway to enable development of 143 dwellings and retail development including associated roads and infrastructure, in accordance with outline planning permissions granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 11 March 2015 with reference number 14/P/00632, and the reserved matters approval granted on 27th January 2016 with reference number 15/P/00271, and reserved matters approval granted on 16 April 2019 with reference number 18/P/0747/RES.
