The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles (other than those being used by the emergency services, public bus services and for the works), cyclist and pedestrians that are travelling northbound on the A547 and B5381 from proceeding on the length of the northbound lane of the A470 Black Cat Roundabout leading to Conway road and the A55 Junction 19 Glan Conwy Roundabout, Conwy.
