The effect of the Order is to revoke the A40 Trunk Road and Link Road (Travellers’ Rest Junction, Carmarthenshire) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles and 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017 and A40 Trunk Road and Link Road (Travellers’ Rest, Carmarthenshire) (Temporary 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2018 as the Welsh Ministers propose to make a permanent 50mph and 30mph speed limit Order at this location.
