The Stopping up of Highways (Unclassified Highway Adjacent to Coed Mill, Near Llanbedr, Crickhowell, Powys) Order (2013 No. 52)

This Order will enable the realignment of a 100 metres long section of existing highway adjacent to Coed Mill, near Llanbedr, Crickhowell in the County of Powys with provision for new means of access and rights of way, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority on 29 June 2011 under reference 11/06636/FUL.
