Details

This Order will enable the development of land adjacent to the property at 9, Nash Close, Rogerstone, in the City of Newport, consisting of two storey rear and side extensions together with single storey front and rear extensions and change of use of land (fronting Compton Close) to residential curtilage, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.  Planning permission was granted by Newport City Council on 4 April 2012 under reference 11/1090.
