This Order will enable development of 42 dwellings comprising 12 x two bedroom houses and 20 x two bedroom apartments for open market and 10 x affordable apartments (5 x one bedroom and 5 x two bedroom), car and cycle parking and associated landscaping at former Highfields Centre, 18 Allensbank Road, Heath, Cardiff, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 11 July 2018 under reference number 17/02464/MJR.
