This Order will enable the provision of public pavement, revisions to existing on street parking arrangements and improvements to the highway junction in connection with the demolition of part of the existing building and erection of a restaurant at Porth Daniel Boat Yard, Water Street, Menai Bridge in accordance with Planning Permission granted under Part III of the Act of 1990 by the Council on 9 September 2011 under reference 39C291Y/ECON.
