Details
This Order will stop up an area of highway for the construction of a new materials recovery facility building, including visitor and welfare facilities and associated development, vehicle charging station and alterations to Standard Road and Globe Way, Buckley, Flintshire, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Flintshire County Council on 23 December 2021 with reference number 062386. The stopping up of an area of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
