3. How to apply
Before entering into a financial agreement about buying your home, you should seek advice from an independent financial and legal adviser.
To apply for the scheme you must:
- read the Shared Ownership – Wales Buyers Guide, which provides full details about the scheme
- contact landlords participating in the scheme to find out about available properties
- complete the Shared Ownership – Wales application form when you identify a property you wish to purchase/reserve
