This Confirmation Instrument confirms the Gwynedd Council (Construction of Pont Tonfannau) Scheme 2012, made by Gwynedd Council on 10 October 2012. The Scheme makes provision for the construction of an equestrian bridge over the River Dysynni, from Sandilands Road, Tywyn to Tonfannau, Gwynedd.
