Eluned Morgan, First Minister of Wales is inviting children aged 5-11 years old in Primary schools throughout Wales to design her official Christmas card 2024.
As this is the year of our first female First Minister, this Christmas we ask children across Wales to be inspired by this and to design a card around ‘Woman at Christmas’.
The theme of this year’s competition reflects the Urdd’s 2024 Peace and Goodwill message that celebrated the centenary of the Welsh Women’s Peace Petition 1923-2024.
The petition was an act of hope for world peace and one hundred years on there is still the need to advocate for peace and goodwill.
The closing date for the competition is Friday 29 November.
