Molly Jones

Baking and decorating cakes have seen 17-year-old Molly Jones’ confidence rise alongside her tasty treats. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome led to Molly, from Penarth, leaving mainstream education in Year 8, but through training provider People Business-Wales, she completed the 12-week Prince’s Trust Team Programme and progressed to further training.

A placement at Let Them See Cake in Cardiff boosted her confidence and, while baking remains her number one hobby, she has progressed to a Level 1 Beauty course with training provider ACT Limited.
