Professional service company Deloitte’s launch of a dedicated apprenticeship programme has enhanced ideas and creativity within the business and for clients. Launched in 2015, the programme was such a success that the company’s Cardiff office even recruited mid-term for additional apprentices.

The programme fits within the Deloitte ‘One Million Futures’ social impact strategy that aims to support social mobility and Deloitte has been ranked fifth in the UK Social Mobility Employer Index. The company offers a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (Wales) qualification and works in partnership with training provider Cardiff and Vale College.
