With over 140 contractors engaged in the Cyfle Building Skills Ltd Shared Apprenticeship Programme, it is delivering much needed training and skilled workers for the construction industry in West Wales. Established 10 years ago, Cyfle employs 135 shared apprentices throughout Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot, making it one of the largest employers of its kind in the UK.
The company is proud of its diversity in the workplace, attracting and encouraging individual learners from backgrounds that do not normally engage with Apprenticeship Programmes. This includes young people with disabilities, members of the local travelling community and females.
