Corey Jones

Corey Jones from Wrexham has seen his apprenticeship at one of the UK’s leading discount retail companies take him from the shop floor to the management ladder within his first three years. Gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills the 22-year-old worked his way up from a store assistant in the first year to assistant manager of the company’s Mold store, following management training.

The Aldi Apprenticeship Programme is delivered with support from training provider First4Skills and ITEC Skills & Employment. In his final year, realising the importance of the skills and training he has acquired, he became a mentor to a new apprentice.
