The effect of the proposed Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicles and cyclists, other than those vehicles being used by the emergency services, for the works and needing to access appropriate properties along the length of the closure, from proceeding on the length of the A483 Newtown Bypass that extends from the eastern tip of the eastern junction serving Dyffryn Industrial Estate to its junction with the new roundabout at Pool Road, Newtown.
