The proposed Order is considered necessary to revoke The A483 Trunk Road (Derwydd, Llandybie, Dyfed) (De-Restriction) Order 1995 as the national speed limit at this location imposed by that Order is no longer in existence by virtue of The A483 Trunk Road (Derwydd, Llandybie, Carmarthenshire) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2002.
