This Order is necessary to prohibit waiting on sides of lengths of the A470 Trunk Road at Llansanffraid Glan Conwy in Conwy in order to improve road safety, facilitate free flow of traffic, relieve congestion along the trunk road and also enhance visibility at the access to the Benarth Court Estate.
