On 9 June, I attended the first meeting of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement Partnership Council meeting as an observer, along with Ministers from the other Devolved Governments.

The meeting was co-chaired by Lord Frost, Minister of State at the Cabinet Office and the European Commission Vice President, Maroš Šefčovič and covered sanitary and phytosanitary measures and customs and trade facilitation; fisheries; law enforcement; visa fees; participation in Union programmes; and updates on the institutional frameworks.

Following the meeting I wrote to Lord Frost; a copy is attached to this Written Statement.
