Rebecca Evans MS, Minister for Finance and Local Government
The Welsh Government’s Second Supplementary Budget for 2021-22 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the First Supplementary Budget 2021-22 published by the Welsh Government in June.
This budget increases Welsh Government spending plans by £2.4bn and reflects changes to baselines as a result of Wales’ Barnett share of funding allocated in England.
The Supplementary Budget will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 15 March.
