Rebecca Evans MS, Minister for Finance and Local Government
The Welsh Government’s First Supplementary Budget for 2021-22 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the Final Budget 2021-22 published by the Welsh Government in March.
It sets out a number of allocations from our reserves and reflects changes to baselines including Wales’ Barnett share of funding allocated to tackle the pandemic in England. The budget has been restructured to reflect the changes to Ministerial portfolios announced on 13 May.
The Supplementary Budget will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 13 July.
