The Welsh Government’s Second Supplementary Budget for 2019-20 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the First Supplementary Budget 2019-20 published by the Welsh Government in June 2019.
It sets out a number of allocations from our reserves, revisions to the sources of financing and includes revised Annually Managed Expenditure forecasts.
The Supplementary Budget will be scrutinised by the Finance Committee on 12 February and will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 3 March.
