Further to my Written Statement of 19 October, I have been considering a request to publish the inspector’s report in respect of the compulsory purchase order.
Given the delay in confirming the plans for defence training, I have decided exceptionally to publish the Report ahead of the Welsh Ministers taking a decision on the Order. A copy is on the Assembly Government website. The decision to publish the Report early should not be confused with the decision of the Welsh Ministers on whether or not to make the Order.
I will continue to keep Assembly Members and stakeholders informed of any significant developments.
