Under section 23 of the Wales Act 2014, the Welsh Ministers and the Secretary of State for Wales are required to report annually on the progress made in effecting the provisions under Part 2 of the Act, until the first anniversary after the last of the provisions has been implemented.
Further to laying before the Assembly, on 7 December, the Welsh Ministers' first annual report on the implementation and operation of Part 2 of the Act, I am pleased today to lay the first annual report provided by the Secretary of State for Wales.
