On 19 December 2017, Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales LLP issued legal proceedings in the Business and Property Courts in Wales for breach of contract and professional negligence against Amber Fund Management and Lambert Smith Hampton Group Limited in connection with the sale of parcels of publically owned land to South Wales Land Developments Limited in 2012. John Whiting QC of One Crown Office Row and Peter Ratcliffe of 3 Verulam Buildings are representing Regeneration Investment Fund for Wales LLP instructed by Geldards LLP.
The papers have now been served on the relevant parties. I will make further statements in due course.
