A consultation document seeking views on the three statutory instruments associated with Part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 has been published today on the Welsh Government website.
My objective is to collate the views of those who will be affected by the new legislation and, in particular, the regulations. I am keen to hear the views of stakeholders and will consider these carefully when drafting the regulations.
The consultation on these proposals will run for 6 weeks until 26 February 2015. Details of how to respond are set out in the consultation document.
