Further to my written statement on the 2 September I have intervened in the Supreme Court hearing in the appeals of Miller and Cherry which is currently underway. Written submissions have been made on my behalf and oral submissions will be made on Thursday 19 September. Our submissions build upon the points we raised in the Divisional Court and continue to represent the interests of the National Assembly for Wales in this case of constitutional importance.
