Due to the later than normal publication of the UK Government's Autumn Statement on 5 December, I now intend to publish the details of the Final Local Government Settlement for 2013-14 on the 11 December rather than the 5 December as previously indicated.
A motion to approve the settlement is scheduled for debate on 8 January.
