The Welsh Assembly Government is committed wherever possible to increasing the participation of children and young people in the processes and decisions that affect them.
Consultation description
The Voices and Choices consultation sought views on how we can enable children to appeal to the Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales (SEN). The second part of the consultation proposed that children with disabilities should have a right to make claims of disability discrimination to the SENTW.
