We want your views on which offices should disqualify the persons holding them from being a member of Senedd Cymru.
Consultation description
The Draft Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2020 sets out a list of offices from which persons who hold those offices are disqualified from becoming members of Senedd Cymru (formerly known as the National Assembly for Wales).
This consultation seeks your views on:
- whether the offices set out in the draft Disqualification Order should be included in the Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2020
- any other offices that should be disqualified from membership of the Senedd
