Details

The coming into force of the new TAN 15 and Flood Map for Planning on 1 December 2021 has been suspended until 1 June 2023.

The Minister for Climate Change has written to local authorities in order to provide an update and further information on this position.

The Chief Planner and Deputy Director for Water, Flood and Coal Tip Safety have also written to local authorities in order to provide further details and information on next steps while the new TAN 15 is paused.
