Details

The coming into force of the new TAN 15 and the Flood Map for Planning has been suspended due to a further consultation on the TAN.

Letters to local authorities from the Minister for Climate Change and from the Chief Planner and the Deputy Director for Water, Flood and Coal Tip Safety provide further information on this position and on the next steps while the new TAN 15 is paused.
