This first annual update report sets out the theory of change for the Sustainable Management Scheme and presents the main findings of a process evaluation.
This is the latest release
It has involved desk-based research, including an analysis of programme documentation and monitoring data, as well as fieldwork with Welsh Government officials, key stakeholders, project leads and other project contributors. It is important to note that this first report has focused on the management and implementation of the scheme and the nature of the collaboration. Subsequent reports, and the final report in particular will report more fully on programme outcomes and impacts
