This order will enable restoration of the historic town park, refurbishment, reconfiguration and two storey extension to custodians cottage to create living accommodation at first level with change of use of ground floor to create community space at Bailey Hill Public Open Space, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the council on 8 February 2018 under reference number 057800.
