The detailed objectives of the study included the requirement to review the characteristics of part-time provision and participation in Wales, including trends over time; to consider evidence with regard to future trends and unmet demand; and to investigate how Higher Education Institutions currently determine what provision to offer on a part-time basis and the level of fees to charge for such provision.
