We want your views on repealing regulations relating to the consent for ionising radioactive materials in education and repealing provisions relating to the inspection of boarding hostels for pupils with special education needs.
Consultation description
We are consulting on repealing regulations, which would:
- remove the requirement on schools and further and higher education institutions to apply to Welsh Ministers for consent to use ionising radioactive materials
- remove the requirement relating to the inspection of boarding hostels for pupils with special educational needs.
