We want your views on proposed reforms to the regulation of registered social landlords (RSLs) in Wales.
Consultation description
We are consulting on reforms that will enable the Office for National Statistics to reclassify RSLs back to the private sector for accounting purposes, including:
- disposal consents
- power to direct the permitted use of disposals proceeds
- restructuring and dissolution
- regulatory powers
- local government controls.
