Original consultation
We are seeking views about measures which will improve the appeals process. These measures are specific to the Non-Domestic rating system.
Consultation description
We are proposing changes to the processes operated by the Valuation Office Agency and the Valuation Tribunal for Wales. Pending the outcome of the consultation, the changes will take effect from April 2023.
