We are seeking your views on amendment regulations to the Regulated Services (Service Providers and Responsible Individuals) (Wales) Regulations 2017.
Consultation description
This forms part of phase 3 of implementing the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
The amendment regulations make a series of changes to clarify the existing regulations.
Those regulations place requirements on:
- service providers and responsible individuals of care home services
- domiciliary support services
- residential family centre services
- secure accommodation services in Wales.
