We want your views on the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care 2016 and its future implementation in Wales.
Consultation description
The code sets out standards for the management of records for organisations who work within, or under contract to the NHS in England and Wales.
We are consulting on:
- whether the code is clear and improves on the guidance produced by the Welsh Government
- what arrangements will be necessary to make the code effective.
