We want your views on regulations which will give Qualifications Wales the power to impose monetary penalties.
Consultation description
We are consulting on Qualifications Wales’ power to impose a monetary penalty. This would apply where awarding bodies fail to comply with regulatory requirements.
We are also consulting on how the financial status of an awarding body would be determined.
