The purpose of this consultation is to seek the views of interested parties on the Public Sector Waste and Resource Efficiency Plan.
Consultation description
The draft plan covers wastes generated by the activities of publicly funded bodies.
The public sector has an important role to play in the achievement of the waste prevention reuse and recycling objectives set out in ‘Towards Zero Waste’ – the waste strategy for Wales.
This Public Sector Plan identifies the relevant sector targets and Welsh Government policies legislative and other obligations relevant to the public sector.
