This is not the latest release in the series: Public attitudes on the changes to workplace recycling and the ban on single use plastics
This research surveyed a sample of the Welsh population in March 2024, to better understand the public’s perceptions and attitudes to the changes in legislation.
Spontaneous awareness of any changes to the law around recycling for businesses, public sector organisations and charities between survey waves has risen to 43% of those surveyed in March 2024 (from 29% in November and 12% in March 2023 [footnote 1]). Decision-making respondents in businesses, public sector organisations and charities were more likely to be aware of changes to the law than the overall sample.
