Details
This Order designates as a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973 the area within a distance of 200 metres (0.11 nautical miles) from the site of the wreck of part of the vessel known as “The Diamond”, which the National Assembly for Wales is satisfied ought to be protected from unauthorised interference on account of its historical, archaeological and artistic importance.
The position given by the co-ordinates in article 2(1) of the Order is the position for use on Admiralty Charts based on datum WGS 84.
