The feedback survey on proposed indicators for the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD) 2025 is now closed.
The feedback survey was open for response for 5 weeks and closed on Monday 16 December 2024. A summary of responses received to this survey will be published in spring 2025.
You can find our proposals for indicators to feed into WIMD 2025 in the report below.
We were seeking views on what indicators to include in each of the 8 domains in WIMD. The survey covered:
- proposed changes to some existing indicators included in WIMD 2019
- potential new data sources and indicators
- how to prioritise the potential new data sources
We held two webinars on 20 November and 3 December 2024 to give anyone interested the opportunity to hear about our proposals in more detail and ask questions.
