Carol Hesden

Carol has been described by parents as a ‘fantastic role model who leaves no stone unturned’. She has developed a culture where pupils understand their own ability and potential to achieve. This has fostered a safe learning environment for the pupils, both at school and home, where mistakes are part of the learning process.

Carol is a dedicated and excellent teacher with incredibly high standards who gives up her time to ensure she is providing the best possible education for the pupils in her care, across the school and across the consortium, both within and outside of the school day.
