Brian plays a huge part in the collaborative work of the school, linking up with primary feeders and assisting them with HR, providing sound financial management.
Brian involves himself in all aspects of the school, he is more than a manager but a true leader who aligns his work with the school’s vision and strategic intent. Brian makes robust decisions and bases them on what’s best for everyone, he is on the ball and always looking ahead to what could develop the school.
He is wise, level headed and passionate about the school and pupils describe him as a warm person who creates a safe environment for all.
